How do I place an order?
You can select your product and "Add to Quote", phone in your order or email us. Orders will be verified with artwork and order confirmation.

How do I get my artwork?
We have a graphic design department that can setup camera ready artwork and have you approve it before production begins. We can also use artwork that has been setup by you or someone else. Artwork files can be emailed or on disk and must meet our specifications, vector line art, Jpeg, Tif, Bmp etc.

Is Colour matching possible?
We will match colours as closely as possible. There may be variations in colour from monitor to monitor and from printer to printer. If your job requires a precise colour we will use the Pantone Matching System, also known as the PMS colour system used by the printing industry.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on the product you choose delivery time can be anywhere from 5 to 15 working days after approval of your artwork. If necessary we can do rush orders on some products so please call and we can confirm delivery time.

Is shipping included?
On our specials, all shipping and handling is included to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Canada, and often the shipping can be included to one location in Ontario. When we do a quote for you we will state if shipping is included to your location. We ship anywhere.

What method of payment do we accept?
We accept cash, cheques, Visa, Master Card and Debit. You can also setup an account with terms, please contact our credit department to make these arrangements.

What type of the paper stock is available?
We have many paper stocks available, depending on what you are ordering. The heaviest stock we run in house is 12 pt. coated or uncoated.
